Terms and Conditions

When you place an order with Flutterby Weddings you are agreeing to our terms and conditions outlined below.

Ordering

  • We will happily cancel orders within 7 days of the order being placed. Refunds will be made 30 days after written confirmation has been received.
  • All goods are handmade to order and as a result they take time to make, however if you need an order urgently I can usually make and post orders at short notice. For large orders please allow upto 28 days for delivery but in most cases delivery will be only 1-2 weeks. Small orders and orders of hairgrips, hairpins, hair combs and headbands are usually despatched quickly. We always check wedding dates as soon as we receive orders to ensure urgent orders are dealt with quickly. If in doubt please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • All Flutterby weddings products are handmade and as a result some variations do occur, in the event of an item being discontinued a substitute of similar qualities may be used.
  • Occasionally colour variation may occur with some components and beads as a result we advise brides to order goods altogether to ensure a perfect match.
  • All photographs on my website are only a representation of products.

Returns

  • Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on bespoke and customised items as they are made to your specific requirements so please ensure at the ordering stage that all colours, dimensions and materials are correct.
  • We happily accept returns from our ready to wear collection (items ordered as per the product photograph with no change to their colour or dimensions etc)
  • Pleasereturn items back to Flutterby Weddings using recorded delivery for goods upto the value of £34 and special delivery for goods over the value of £34. If you decide to return an item/s we must be informed by email or in writing within 3 days of you receiving the item/s and the item/s must be returned within 7 days to qualify for a refund.
  • Please return all items in their original packaging to ensure they survive their journey through the postal system without getting squashed or crushed!
  • Refunds are made minus the postage 30 days after the item/s has be returned.
  • Please do not return goods without contacting Flutterby Weddings first.
  • If we suspect that our returns policy is being abused we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  • Due to hygiene reason earrings cannot be returned.
  • Please ensure you select the length of necklace carefully, we advise that you measure an existing piece of jewellery to make sure the length is correct. Once a necklace has been made and posted the size cannot be changed.
  • Please check at the ordering stage that the colour, materials and dimensions of the items is correct as Items that have been made as per the order form cannot be returned if found to be unsuitable later.
  • Flutterby Weddings cannot accept responsibility for items lost ordamaged in transit. If an items arrive damaged this must be reported by email or in writing within 3 days of receiving the items. The items must then be posted back to us within 7 days of receiving the item/s to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Delivery

  • Items sent by special delivery are guaranteed to arrive the following day by 1.00pm if the item does not arrive by this time please inform us by email.
  • Items sent by recorded delivery are not acknowledged as being lost by Royal Mail until 15 days after they have been posted.
  • Sorry but we we only ship to the UK.

General

  • Due to my products containing small parts they are unsuitable for very young children and should never be used as toys or left unsupervised as beads are a choking hazard. We accept no responsibilty for injury cause by the misuse of our products.

Promotions

  • All items must be ordered and paid for by the special offer closing date to qualify for a discount.
  • The discount cannot be combined with any other special offers.
  • The discount only applies to online orders through the website.
