Returns Policy

  • We happily accept returns from products that have been ordered as per the product photograph with no colour or dimension changes.
  • Sorry but we cannot accept returns on our customised and bespoke service unless the item/s is found to be faulty . We reserve the right to offer a replacement or a refund.
  • If you decide to return an item/s you must notify Flutterby Weddings by email or in writingwithin 2 days of receiving the item/s to qualify for a refund.A returns code will be allocated to your order and this code must be included with your returned items. Any item/s returned without the code will not be refunded.
  • Please post unworn items in their original packaging to ensure their journey through the postal system is safe and they arrive in perfect condition. All items need to be returned within 7 days of notifying us you wish to return the item. Failure to return goods within 7 days cancels your right to a refund.
  • Unfortunately Flutterby Weddings can accept no responsibility for item/s lost in transit. If an item/s arrives damaged this must be reported by email within 1 day of receiving the item. We must receive the item/s back to us within 7 days to qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • Please post items to the value of £34 by recorded delivery and items above the value of £34 must be posted back to us by special delivery to qualify for a refund.
  • All money will be refunded within 30 days minus the postage costs.
  • Please do not return items without contacting Flutterby Weddings first.
  • If we suspect our returns policy is being abused we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  • Due to hygeine reasons earrings cannot be returned.
  • Please check at the ordering stage that the colour, materials and dimensions of the item/s is correct. Item/s that has been made as per the order form cannot be returned if it is found to be unsuitable at a later date.
  • All item/s must be returned before your wedding date, we do not accept returns after your wedding date.
