Returns Policy

We happily accept returns from products that have been ordered as per the product photograph with no colour or dimension changes. Please note the product photograph refers to the image on the product page and not the gallery images.
Sorry but we cannot accept returns on our customised and bespoke service, this includes items featured in the galleries unless the item/s is found to be faulty. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or a refund.
Please check at the ordering stage that the colour, materials and dimensions of the item/s is correct. Item/s that has been made as per the order form cannot be returned if it is found to be unsuitable at a later date.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on rush/urgent orders placed the week of your wedding, this applies to both customised and uncustomised items in this instance.

How to return you item/s

Returned items must be posted back to Flutterby Weddings before your wedding date. Any items returned with a post mark dated on or after your wedding date unfortunately cannot be accepted.
If you decide to return an item/s you must notify Flutterby Weddings by email or in writing within 7 days of receiving the item/s to qualify for a refund.
A returns code will be allocated to your order and this code must be included with your returned items. A
Please post unworn items in their original packaging to ensure their journey through the postal system is safe and they arrive in perfect condition.
All items need to be returned within 7 working days there after of notifying us you wish to return the item. Failure to return goods within 7 working days cancels your right to a refund.
If an item/s arrives damaged this must be reported by email within 1 day of receiving the item. We must receive the item/s back to us within 7 working days to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Please post items to the value of £39 by recorded delivery and items above the value of £39 must be posted back to us by special delivery to qualify for a refund.
Please do not return items without contacting Flutterby Weddings first.

If we suspect our returns policy is being abused we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Due to hygeine reasons earrings cannot be returned.

We strongly advise all brides whose order value is below £45 and ordering within a month of your wedding date to chose the Special Delivery option at the checkout to ensure your order arrives before your wedding date. We charge an additional £3.99 for this service.
If the Special Delivery option was not selected at the checkout and customised or bespoke items arrive after your wedding date Flutterby Weddings cannot be held responsible and will not be able to accept the item/s back or offer a refund.
