Ordering
Uncustomised Items
- The Uncustomised Collection of designs are purchased as seen in the relevant product photograph (this does not include images in the galleries) with no colour, style or height changes. The default colours are already selected in the drop down menus.
- Please click on the buy button and check the item is made in your colour/style requirements before adding it to you basket.
- Once you have added your item/s to your basket, filled in your details and submitted the order, you will receive an email to confirm you purchase.
- Once we have received payment for your order, we will despatch your purchase by either recorded delivery, special delivery or first class post depending on the value of the goods.
- All goods are handmade to order and as a result they take time to make, Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Urgent orders can usually be accommodated if in any doubt please contact us.
- If your order cannot be accommodated our website will inform you at the checkout stage.
- At very busy times we complete orders by wedding date.
- Please notify us before ordering if you are purchasing multiple items as samples with the intention of trying them out and then returning the items that are unsuitable. If you are ordering multiple items as samples we can unfortunately provide only one of each design. During peak wedding season when our diary is full we cannot supply designs as samples, Please contact us if you require any help in deciding what colour scheme or design would be most appropriate for your wedding.
Customised Items
- If you would like one of my items customising to you specific requirements please click on the buy/customise button and select from the drop down menus your colour or style choices.
- If you are unsure about which bead colours to select we offer a sample service.
- Once you have added your item/s to your basket, filled in your details and submitted the order, you will receive an email to confirm you purchase.

Urgent Orders (Weddings within a month)
- If your wedding is within a month we strongly advise all brides whose order value is below £45 to chose the Special Delivery option at the checkout to ensure your order arrives before your wedding date. We charge an additional £3.99 for this service.
- Flutterby Weddings cannot be held responsible for goods arriving late if the Special Delivery option was not selected at the checkout.
- Please note items posted by Special Delivery are guaranteed to arrive the day after they have been despatched not the day after you place your order.

Bespoke Service
- We offer a bespoke design service, where we will design to suit you specific needs. We can design your accessories to co-ordinate with your dress or theme of your wedding. When enquiring about our bespoke design service, please supply any additional information that would be of help - for example, fabric swatches, colour schemes, embroidery, photographs etc.
- Delivery of bespoke items will take longer please allow at least 6 weeks depending upon the number of items to be made. If you have a tight deadline please contact me to ensure the work can be completed on time. Upon receiving your design brief I will provide you with a quote. Once a design has been approved payment will be requested.
