Can I pay securely online?

Our payment facilities are fully encrypted and have a valid SSL certificate. We use the payment provider Protx in order to offer you a fully secure shopping experience.

I need my items urgently, can you accommodate last minute orders?

Yes, I can usually accommodate last minute orders especially orders of hairpins, hairgrips and headbands but I recommend you email or telephone to enquire.

Can you adaptitems to my specific requirements?

All my products can be customised simply click on the product photo to take you through to the customisation page.

Do you offer a bespoke service?

I do offer a bespoke service, please email me with your design requirements. Any additional design inspiration is welcome eg: colour swatches, photos of your dress etc..

How will my goods be packaged?

All tiaras and hair accessories are packaged is rigid boxes, wedding charms and single bead pins and grips are packaged in a tissue parcels.

How much do you charge for postage?

I charge postage at cost, tiaras are sent by special delivery, orders under £34 are sent by recorded delivery and small orders are sent by first class post. All postal prices are included in the price of the good.

Do you produce a catalogue?

I do not produce a catalogue all my current products are featured on this website.

Do you ship outside of the Uk?

At present I do not ship outside of the UK but I will shortly be able to ship to European countries.
